I don’t like technical theatre. In fact, the only thing about theatre tech that doesn’t piss me off is stage management, which I’ve done a few times. I hate being on running crew. I hate being on construction and I hate strike.

When I was the prop manager for Grease with Dino I had to be back stage for the whole show and make sure all of the props were in the right spots I had made for them and that all of the actors had the props at the right time but it seems like they should have been able to put them all back and keep track of them so yes it is stupid to make you do that. :(
